My heart rate is unable to be tracked on the Fitbit,
i have only had it 2 days
The green light is on the sensor and the heart rate sensor has worked for about 1 hr then stopped again

Hello @Nmerridan
The first thing to check is that the Heart Rate setting didn't get turned off somehow:
If Heart Rate is turned on and you still don't see the green light, try turning the setting off, then back on. You might also want to try restarting your Charge 5 after turning the Heart Rate off, then back on. I've found that doing a restart often helps get my Fitbit "unstuck".

Hello @Nmerridan
My apologies. I missed typed "Charge 5" instead of "Charge 6".
According to posts I've read, some users reported that doing a factory reset worked to re-enable the HR sensor. If this is what you meant when you said you've done all the possible restarts, you can ignore the following steps. I'll provide the steps in case it helps others.
Hopefully, you should see the green light on the back of the Charge 6 after the reset. If you didn't see the green light return after the factory reset, then it's likely your Charge 6 is defective. You should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) to find out what are your options under warranty.

And just to confirm, you mean the constant hr number on the face of the watch over the time. Not the section you swipe over to and hold your fingers on the side of the watch to measure, right?
