Charge 6 not tracking niles

My Charge 6 has stopped tracking miles for about 5 days now...any insights into this problem? I've seen other posts but no explanations or solutions....thank you!

There is currently a bug that is affecting distance tracking. The team is aware of the bug.

One user doing troubleshooting discovered that they were able to get distance tracking again when they turned off automatic stride and manually set a stride length in the Fitbit app. Unfortunately, we've seen that this workaround doesn't work for all users seeing this problem.
