Charge 6 not tracking sleep properly

My new Charge 6 will not measure my sleep properly or my heart rate.. I know u am wearing it correctly What gives????

Are you saying the HR is not correct during sleep? How was your sleep, did you have periods of sleep lasting 3 or more hours?

It doesn’t register my HR and after what I know was 6 hours of sleep it says ai slept 1.5 hours… it is just frustrating!

Do yo see any heart readings throughout the day?

I have slept for more than 3 hours a night it just register it.. HR is very seldom

Very seldom.. I had to turn it to my wrist to get good readings so no I am wearing it wrong
