I have this device now for 14 days. I only have a sleepscore from 2 nights so that is disapointed.
Also distance is not correct. My i-phone and Samsung phone shows a distance for 9 KM and Fitbit almost 14KM!! Fitbit is for 14 days almost 30% higher in distance than de apps op mijn i-phone and Samsung phone..
Also recovery is bad and all other things like breathingfrequantie, skin temperture heartbeat variaty don't function.
I tried diffrent possitions of wearing the Fitbit and 3 types of wristbands. All without a positive result.

Same here. I’ve had my versa 6 since Christmas and it doesn’t track my sleep in detail because it apparently can’t get a consistent heart rate. I’ve literally got the watch on as tight as I can get it without cutting my circulation and it still says this. Been going on for a week or so now.

And for the first time I wore the Fitbit on the inside of the lower wrist. This morning I did have a sleep score (91%) and was therefore able to view the sleep phases separately and all health statistics are now visible. So that was successful and I will do it this way again next night.
Hope the distance issue is also resolved soon.

Thank you! Will try this tonight… hopefully Fitbit finds a way to fix this without moving the watch tho - maybe in a future model have a heart rate monitor like the Apple Watch has which is shaped like a dome so it always stays in contact.
EDIT: Did try putting the watch on the inside of my wrist last night and it worked! I’m not so sure about the distance issue tho.

It keeps on working. Also i clean the inside of the Fitbit before going changing it from the outside to the inside. So, for me, this problem seems to be solved. Good that it also seems to work for you!
