Most days my Charge 6 reports Sleep Duration - No Data. Even the days it does record data, it is wildly inaccurate, either just recording the first hour or two after going to bed or the last hour or two before getting up. Sometimes just an hour or two in the middle of the night. But mostly "no data".
My wife also has a Charge 6 and regularly reports between 7 and 8 hours of sleep. So the other night we switched devices. With that, of course, I was recording on her phone, and she was recording on mine. The next morning, my phone/device reported she had slept over 7 hours, and her phone/device reported I had slept just over an hour. So it would appear that the problem is not my device or app installation but me or the way I'm wearing the device. I wear it comfortably snug, not tight, just above my wrist bone on my left (non-dominant) hand.
I like (sarcasm) the description of sleep tracking given by the app: "Sleep tracking uses body signals collected by your device to estimate your sleep metrics." I wonder if it could be more vague and less informative about these "body signals" and the method of "estimat(ing) you sleep metrics". Gee, if I hadn't read that I would have thought it was just making it up out of the ether . . .
BTW, when I'm on the treadmill or stationary bike, the heart rate sensors there track to within 1 beat per minute with what the Fitbit reports, so I feel comfortable that the heart rate monitoring is reasonably accurate.

Have you selected the option "Begin Sleep Now" instead of simply wearing your device to bed? Did you charge your Charge 6 before sleeping?

I am having very similar issues. I’ve had my charge 6 for a long time now. I wasn’t sure if it was just getting old or what. However it really seems that the sleep tracking is the only issue. I’m going to follow the instructions you left, and see if that will work.
I really love this forum! I’ve usually always found an answer to any issue and very easily!
