Charge 6 not updating

I have a notification that I need to update my Charge 6. I am on Google with the device. When I click update it seems to start then stops and gives me the notice Unable to update. Try gain try again later. I have followed all the instructions given to update. My iPhone software is up dated. My Wifi is strong and active. Blue tooth is on and recognizing Charge 6. HELP PLEASE.

Let me help you with the Firmware update of your Charge 6. I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.

Usually, you should be able to update your device by following the instructions from our help article Update your Fitbit device.
