Charge 6 notification section is blank

Just upgraded to a charge 6 and my notifications from other apps are not coming through. Normally I’d be able to go into the fitbit > app notifications > toggle which ones I want. See image attached where it remains blank. 
I’ve tried ‘refreshing’ The screen by scrolling down but that didn’t work. Charge has just installed latest firmware and app is up to date. 
Im on Apple iOS 26.3.1

Hi, will you update here as in reply or somewhere else in the community chat as i have similar issue although it wasnt during an upgrade and all i have is phone and message notifications when i previously used the notifications for multiple apps.
