Charge 6 - notifications and calls

Charge 6 isn’t notifying me of messages or phone calls. Have tried disconnecting Bluetooth, re-syncing, restarting and all the other troubleshooting that is recommended but nothing is working. Is anyone experiencing the same issues?

Many thanks for the link but I’ve tried all of these steps multiple times and the notifications still won’t come through properly, they work initially and then within a day or so they just stop coming through and I have to go through the same process all over again to get them to work 🙁
