Hi
I can't figure this out, my sleep tracking only works accurately in the sense the duration is correct and I actually receive a sleep score if worn on my left wrist (non-dominant hand).
Now you may think it must be because my right arm must be in a position that is affecting my HR reading but it really isn't.. also the tightness level I wear the watch to on my right is no different to my left.
I have it set in the app that my right hand is my dominant hand also.. cant unpick this puzzle tbh.

Hello, @StylezP Welcome back to the forums.
I appreciate your post about this situation in regards to the sleep score not being tracked when wearing your Charge 6 in your dominant hand.
My best recommendation for you would be restarting the Charge 6:
- Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app .
- Open the Settings app then Restart Device then Restart.
After this, try to get your sleep score normally and follow these recommendations.

This the only post I can find about this same issue that I am having too! It’s super frustrating because the band is causing skin issues on my left wrist, so I have to wear it on my right occasionally. The readings are either way off or non-existent when I wear it on my right wrist overnight. 🤷🏻:female_sign:

Hello @SunsetRunner
Please contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) regarding the band causing skin issues. They should be able to help you with this.

Hey, I know this is way way late! I use Cerave face wash to clean my Fitbit here and there. Since it’s gentle but a good cleaner. It does well. Then I take a day or so off from it. Put some lotion or moisturizer on my wrist. I can totally relate to how you’re feeling. Also, purchasing another band could be helpful. To swap out when needed. However they are costly.
Hopefully you see this! Or someone who can use it.
