Charge 6 order says delivered but it hasn't

Fitbit is one of worst company I have ever deal with, the delay more than 3 times and the call centre is one of worst service in the world there is no supervisor to talk and the employee close the phone and no one try to help

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

I had bought the charger 6 from the website on December 1 , and it must be receive within 5-7 days , the estimated time was December 4 then delayed happens , I contacted the customer service via live chat and phone  ( the worst customer support ever) they said buy a new one to get it faster then return the old one when you receive it 

every thing recorded by screenshot and emails , so after that I shocked when I saw it’s delivered but I didn’t receive anything thing I checked the camera and everything ( and I tried to contact the customer service they say wait 72 hours to get help because the holidays it’s may missing ) after this time today they said we will contact you but we don’t know when that will happen.. 

I have the worst experience ever in eshoping
