Charge 6 quick discharge

The device is 2 months old.

So far it has lasted 5-6 days. for a few days it goes 1-2 days on 1 charge. Settings are all the basic settings. I don't use GPS, always on display, screen wake-up is also manual.

Welcome to the community, @Sobrijozska. Thanks for explaining your situation in regards to the battery of your Charge 6.

My best recommendation would be for you to check this article and follow the tips they have in there, please, follow them in the order they appear.

Let me know how the battery goes once you have completed them.

There are basic settings, no extra functions are activated. I have already looked through these tips over the weekend, that's why I reported the problem.

Since you've already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps without success, it sounds like you might have a defective device. You probably should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link).

what can support do?

Nothing. I believe that it must be charged every day.

If Support confirms that your device is defective, they will let you know what are your options under warranty.
