Recently had a massive spike in HRV - I usually sit around 30ms (night work sucks, and I'm aware that this is generally regarded as not a healthy reading), but the last few sleeps (4 nights), it has gone up to ms, and seems to be staying up there.
I'd only ever experienced slight drops when getting ill or drunk, which then would return to my usual as expected, so am curious as to what such a massive increase may indicate, whether health-wise, or even potentially a device malfunction?
Thanks in advance.

Hi, @medisonp2 , it is not clear from your post how different your recent scores may be, but I note that mine varies up to about 10 points depending on how well I sleep, whether I am coming down with something, etc. I think that is normal.
I would recommend watching it for a bit and hopefully it will maintain your higher level. See if you can correlate the improvement with more activity, better diet or a general sense of wellness.
