Hello @D8

The Readiness score is changing in the Fitbit app. This help page describes how the feature will work: What's my daily readiness score in the Fitbit app (<-- click link).

There's been an issue on the Fitbit side that affected syncing exercise data in the Fitbit app. I saw one of the issues that seemed related to this problem was fixed. Hopefully, you'll see your exercise data in the app soon.

These instructions do not work. When I click on the readiness score it does not show what the instructions say.

22/9/2024.  Greetings Fitbit Community. I'm wearing a Fitbit 6, 24/7. I use it for health reasons, in particular monitoring my sleep.

I noticed recently the in the App (which I sync every morning) that the Daily Readiness Section is empty, for today and across the entire year, blank.

Sometimes during the day I can see readiness score on my F6, but not always. On my fitbit is says 'no deta' for Readiness score, same on the App.

It would appear that many users are having this problem. Has Fitbit come up with a solution for us all. It definately used to work on my Fitbit 5. Help please!. Mark van Amsterdam.

Hello @D8

Thank you for your update and letting us know that you now see your Readiness score.

Regarding your exercise data, there have been issues on the Fitbit side that affects data syncing and data discrepancies. The team is aware of the issues and have been working on getting the problems fixed.

For now, there's isn't any troubleshooting we can do on our side. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before the problems are fixed and we see all our data properly syncing in the Fitbit app.

Hello @Ploogs

The algorithm for calculating Readiness score was changed in the recent app update. It might be that the Fitbit app is still re-calibrating your Readiness score.

I noticed that after my readiness score was re-calibrated using the new algorithm, I now see the recalculated score for past months instead of my previous readiness score.

Additionally, there have been issues on the Fitbit side that affects data syncing and data discrepancies. The team is aware of the issues and have been working on getting the problems fixed.

Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before you start seeing your Readiness score again as well as your historical scores.

Mine has stopped displaying about a week ago and says it’s still calibrating. Tells me to wear my Fitbit for 7 more days to get a score but it says that every day and 7 days has passed

Glad it’s not just me. I’m have the exact same issue. My readiness score keeps telling me it’s callibrating, and to wear my Fitbit for another 7 days. Given I had a score everyday for the past couple of years I find it impossible that all of a sudden my device isn’t being worn.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated the app from App Store, changed the settings to hide and then re-apply the widget. No dice. I miss the score, it was helping me keep track of whether I should be training hard or taking it easy.

Hello @D8

The Readiness score was changed in the recent Fitbit app update and no longer suggests Active Zone Minutes target. This page explains the change to the Readiness score (<-- click link).

Hello @KatPickles , @Kazzee13 , & @Ploogs

We are trying to find out why users aren't seeing Readiness scores after wearing their Fitbit devices for more than 7 days. I'll report back as soon as we get an update.
