Charge 6 recently stopped synching

My two month old Charge 6 stopped synching with my Iphone11 five days ago.

The measures i tried to get blue-tooth to connect with Iphone are as follows:

1. Tried re-booting the device by pressing the buttun on the left side for 20, 23, 40 seconds: nothing happened;
2. Tried rebooting devise by pressing button on end of charging charging cable three times. Devise did seem to reboot (meaning it switched off and after a few seconds the Fit diamond logo appeared as it should): but devise did not still synch with Iphone;
3. I swicthed-off and restarted Iphone - no luck with blue tooth connection;
4. I told Iphone to 'forget' Charge 6 and then told it to re-add. It did. But bluetooth connection still absent;
5. I deleted Fitbit App from Iphone and re-down-loaded it and re-installed. Still no blue-tooth connection;
6. I deleted Charge 6 from my phone and added it to my wife's Iphone X: no luck with Bluetooth connection;
7. I checked both Ihones if they play music to a Blue-tooth speaker: they did. So Bluetooth functionality of the phones are not in any doubt.
8. Bottom line: after all these efforts, the Charge 6 does not appear as a connected device on my Iphone...though many other devices appear and work as they should.
10. The devise seems to be otherwise recording data as afar as I can see.
9. I need a solution please.
10. Background info: this is the third Fitbit devise that has failed me in the last four years. The first two were just out side the warranty period by a few months. The Charge 6 is well within warranty. This devise was given to me as a birthday gift by my children in April: on my own I would never have bought another Fitbit devise after my recent experiences...and customer service people hiding behind 'warranty policy' when my second devise failed just after warranty period really annoyed me. Clearly there is a technical problem with recent Fitbit devices...and quality of customer service!
