Charge 6 reliability issues

Bought the charge 6 in Nov of 2023.  First one had software freakout and stopped responding.... Could not get it to work with all the troubleshooting we did with the help center.  They sent me a new one.  It lasted 7 months.  2 weeks after a firmware update the screen starting freaking out and it would keep saying "add card".  Then it started buzzing non stop... Finally it restarted itself and stopped responding.  I called the help center and told them I can't get it to turn back on and the help center said I'm out of warranty (by about 2 months now).  They offered 35% off a new watch.... Like I'd ever buy another Fitbit considering they either bricked it with their firmware update or they make absolutely unreliable products that last 6 months at best.
