Charge 6 resting heart rate doesn't change

The resting heart rate has registered 62 for the past three weeks and has not changed.  I've reset the fitbit and still no change.

Thank you for explaining your situation in regards to the resting heart rate tracked in your Charge 6.

I was able to confirm, from the last sync, that your resting heart rate shows as 60. I also checked if everything was ok in your Charge 6 and it looks normal. If you think this is not ok, I recommend you to restart your Charge 6 once again and consult to your doctor about this, since everything is ok in our end.

I have the same issue with my Charge 6.  Resting Heart Rate 65 bpm for 12 days now.  I tried swiping down as suggested to restart but cannot find Settings, down up or sideways! 

What to do now? 

PS Dashboard today says RHR was 66 not 65
