Hello,
I want to run the ECG app, but it's telling me to go on the Fitbit app, yet on the Fitbit app it says the ECG is "On & Checking". It also says "Can't Find Phone" on my watch.
I have tried:
-Restarting App and Phone
-Restarting Watch
-Removing Charge 6 from account and re-adding it
-Tried to uninstall ECG app (this took a good few tries as well)
Grateful if anyone can help? Unfortunately official support has not been helpful.
Also keep getting a notification saying it can't update some apps. Not sure which.
Thanks

I had the exact same problems and I tried everything you did for days at a time.
After another day of restarting the app, my iPhone and the watch I went back onto the app and paired the Bluetooth. Then I clicked on the watch/phone symbol in the top left corner. Then selected the Charge 6, then selected Gallery. Once that opened I scrolled down to the ECG app opened it, and selected permissions. Then I realised that for some unknown reason all of the permissions for the ECG were off. Once I toggled these on, restarted phone and watch the ECG function on the watch actually started to work.
I hope this helps someone else out there. 😊
