I got a charge 6 as a gift from the Amazon US store on 17th March. It was working just fine when one fine day the screen just went black. Tried troubleshooting and checked different youtube videos to restart/reboot it but no luck. Please tell me how to get it back on!! I have been a fitbit user since 2015 and this is the first time i have had an issue!

That happened to me a couple of days ago (6 months old Charge 6). If you see that tracker still works (green light measuring HR, syncing with app still works) then let it fully discharge so you can restart it. For me, that worked and after putting back on the charger it woke up. Unfortunately, the button stopped working and battery drains within a day so not much use for it anymore and I went back to Sense.

Since you've tried the recommended troubleshooting steps without success, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). They will likely have you repeats some of the troubleshooting steps you've done to confirm that your device is defective. Once they confirm that it is defective, they should let you know what are your options under warranty.
