Charge 6 screen blank after swimming

I’ve had my charge 6 for a couple of weeks but the screen has gone blank after swimming. I used the water lock but the screen is now completely blank. I’ve looked at other posts and updated the app as suggested and tried to sync but to no avail. The activity I did was recorded as per the app on my iPhone. The Fitbit is showing as 83% charged on the app. Also when charging it is vibrating. Anyone any ideas?

Mine also. Only 3 months old. Where is the support?

My screen went blank 3 days ago and I searched solutions. Mine rumbles when side button is pushed but does not when connected to charger. But it does charge and is synced with phone recording as before, just no screen. I have tried the reset using the charge cable and also changing faces, both with no results. I spent about 20 minutes online with the “help desk”, but they kept repeating the 2 solutions I mentioned above and had already tried multiple times. I give up. I loved the bright face of the 6 but at least my 4 NEVER quit me!!!!  Maybe Fitbit will read our problems and give us REAL solutions

Thanks Jjelmer, mine won’t sync to my phone and my phone can’t even find it! Ironically my Charge 5 which did the same thing has suddenly sprung to life when charged. I’ll try again this morning, haven’t contacted support yet but I’m not holding out much hope after reading others comments. Luckily I have my receipt etc and I’ll be taking it back to the store if I have no luck. Better start looking for an alternative brand! 😡

I’ve returned mine and got a refund, not prepared to pratt about waiting updates etc. seeing as my charge 5 seems to now be working, I’ll use that for while and possible switch to garmin in the long run. Good luck!
