My screen display is not working. I have read about re-starting but can not via the fitbit as I can't see the screen to get to settings. Can I do a reset via the app? Please advise as to how to do this.

Hi, @TyLy2 , if you have tried the restart procedure - it’s usually a good idea to try it 3 times if a single restart does not work - and you have tried changing the clock face as explained in the link I shared above, then you will need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Service to find out your options. You can see the ways of reaching them by going to contact.fitbit.com . Be sure to let them know the troubleshooting steps you have already tried, as that will save time.

Hi, @TyLy2 , if you cannot use the settings app on your Charge 6 to restart the device, you will need to use an alternative method.
Using the power cable supplied with your Charge 6, please plug it in to charge as normal. You will note that on the flat (USB plug in) end of the charger there is a button. While the Fitbit is plugged in and charging please press the button 3 times, pausing briefly - about one second - between presses. It can sometimes be tricky to get the rhythm of press and pause quite right, but I find it works pretty well if you say the words out loud at the same time - press, pause, press, pause, press. It may take 10 seconds or so (while leaving the Charge 6 plugged in) but then you should see the Fitbit logo, indicating a restrart.
An alternative method to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts. I have not tried this method, but hopefully it should work.
If the restart does not solve your issue, another way of correcting a screen fault is to change the clock face. This is done in the app, so it does not matter if you cannot see the screen properly. The instructions for changing the clock face are here .
Good luck, and let us know if this resolves your issue. Welcome to the Community Forums!

I am having this problem with my Charge 6. Nothing seems to work to turn it on. This is the 2nd Fitbit I've owned, and both died right after the warranty expired. I'll never buy another Fitbit.
