Charge 6 screen has gone grey with stripes

The screen in my Fitbit has gone grey with stripes so I have no display whatsoever.  I have only had it 3 months.

None of this has worked.  This is the second charge 6 that has broken in just a couple of months.  I have been wearing Fitbits for years.  I am feeling stupid for buying a second one after the problems I had with the first and now it has happened all over again.  Your suggestions do not work.  Your customer service is practically non-existent.  This is so disappointing
