I’ve had my charge 6 for less than 6 months with no issue. It was working fine this morning and then the screen went black and unresponsive. The button on the side is still vibrating but the screen is black. Tried restarting NUMEROUS times with no success, has been on charge for hours with no success, the app is also not working for me. Tried reaching out to Fitbit support only to receive no help. I’ve been using Fitbit for years and seem to continuously have issues. I am going to be returning this stupid watch on the weekend and going with another brand.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @PhoebeDarcy. Welcome to the community.
Sorry to know the difficulty that you are experiencing with the device. Thank you for taking the time to share the details about it.
Please confirm that you are trying to restart the device as indicated here:
If the device is still not responding, please change the clock face as indicated here: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? If this fixes the issue, you can change the clock face to the original one.

I've woken up to a dead Charge 6 this morning. I've searched for a fix, but although I'm using the cable that came with the Fitbit, there is no button on it - it's completely smooth? I've tried plugging the charger in and then pulling it out three times, but nothing.
Edit: Okay, my husband would call this a PICNIC situation as I was looking for the button and the charging end, not the plug end, so I've fixed it. 🙂
