My charge 6 fitbit screen is black.
It did this once before, but when I charged it up the screen came back immediately.
This time, it wasn't even that low on charge and it just went black. I charged it anyway, now at 100% and still won't display. It still tracks though. It tracks my heart rate, and steps. The green light on the back still flashes, so nothing wrong with that.
- I tried restarting it by holding the button on the side for 15 - 20sec. I cannot get it to restart.
- I tried changing the watchface display. During that time, the display showed it downloading, so I know the display works, its just black for some reason.
I can't force a restart with the watch because I can't see the display screen.
I did have to reload the fitbit app yesterday because I was having trouble syncing. It helped with the syncing, this morning at least. And then several hours later the screen has gone black.

Hi @whiteunicorn25 and warm welcome to the Community !
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 6 is black.
Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you already tried.
This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and I can understand your feelings about this situation.
I recommend you to perform the restart with the charging cable, as explained in the following help article : How do I restart my Fitbit device?
