I was wearing my Charge 6 today. Got a 20% battery warning and went for a surf (not logging the exercise, watch in normal mode) I thought 20% of battery would be plenty but it died on me mid surf. I came in and after an hour or so (once dry) I put it on charge. The fitbit logo popped up and I left it to charge while I had dinner.
I have come back to a black screen device, it doesn't turn on nor restart when I do the press/hold technique with the charging cable. My app says the device is on 60% and was synced an hour ago, but cannot find the device now... has anyone been able to resolve this? I have only had the watch for just under a month and have washed it with fresh water and dried it after every surf.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Matteo0088.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards your Charge 6 screen.
I understand how you can feel about this, I recommend you to do the following, complete the steps in the order they appear and probably some of them you've already completed them, do it again please:
- In the Fitbit app, touch your profile picture, touch your Fitbit device and click 'Sync Now'. This will help you synchronize it.
- Restart your device by following the steps here.
- After this, change the clock face of your Charge 6. In the Fitbit app, you can access the image of your profile and the image of your Fitbit device, touch the gallery and the screen and click on the clock face, preferably one of Fitbit and install.
