Charge 6 screen is white

Charge 6 screen stays white when tapped or you hit the button, I have tried to reset it numerous times and it still does the same thing. The App is still recording data.

Well, it didn’t work for me, unfortunately. I drained the battery today, and fully recharged. Still had the white screen, so I changed the watch face and rebooted. Did this face change & reboot multiple times and still no luck. Just the white screen.

I opened my case with Fitbit / google on Tuesday morning, and still haven’t heard ANYTHING from them. Only you, notsodandyc6, have tried to help me (I originally thought you were Fitbit). Anyhow, I really appreciate your advice and time. This is so frustrating and incredibly poor customer service / support from them. Grrrr!

Fitbit? Are you out there!?!? It’s now been a compete week. I’ve tried the full battery drain, complete recharge, watch face change and reset three times now. When I’ve done this, I’ve changed the watch face and reset multiple times after each drain and recharge. No luck. Still have the white screen. I need a new unit or refund. 

In addition to this community activity, I opened a case with Fitbit a week ago. I still haven’t heard anything from fitbit! Come on!

Hi Lizzy,

I am having the same issue as many of the other users on this thread: white line at the bottom of the home screen and then screen will go all white. 

I have tried all the trouble shooting you suggested in previous posts to no avail. 

Has there been any update to this issue? How can I fix this?

If you've tried the recommended troubleshooting without success, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.

Depending on how long you've had your Charge 6, you may have options under warranty.
