My Charge 6’s screen will not turn on. When attached to the charger, the screen remains off and its vibration pulses about once a second. The charger cable reset procedure (3 presses on the USB plug button, approx 1 second between presses) did not fix the issue.

Unfortunately I get an “Unable to connect to device/Please make sure your Fitbit is nearby and powered on and then please try again.” error.
I cannot connect my phone to the Charge 6 by Bluetooth. I’ve tried when it was attached to the charger and periodically vibrating, when it was off the charger, and when on the charger while I held down the button on the USB plug.

Okay, after leaving it on the charger for some time, I was able to change the clock face in the app. Screen still does not turn on. Green light of the HR sensor is also not flashing. Attempted to restart it by the USB plug button a few times, didn't notice any change.

Now, I same your case.
Cannot use cable reset solve problem (Official Method), I try Fully discharged Charge 6 power and Recharge method to re-open my watch.
It seems that Charge 6 has started to have a large display problem.
