I have literally had my charge 6 one month and it will not charge.
The battery is flat and there is no way to turn it on. I have used various different plug in ports, I have cleaned it as per fit bit guidelines, but nothing.
There is one green light which flashes when I move my hand by and the button creates a vibration but nothing on the screen.
I have been so focussed on being careful and looking after the watch as Fitbit outline I don’t see how this could possibly be broken?!?

@Saydie Thanks for the details provided and the steps that you've tried on your own. I understand this is frustrating and appreciate you taking good care of your tracker.
It seems the issue is most likely with the screen as your tracker vibrates when pressing the button. In addition to @SunsetRunner's suggestion, try changing the clock face on the Fitbit app. Once the screen turns back on, you can change it back to the one you were using.
