My Fitbit charge 6 is almost two years old, and for the past couple of months I’ve been experiencing random shutdowns during walking or running workouts. When I start a walk or run with GPS enabled, the device shuts down unexpectedly—sometimes 10, 15, or even more minutes into the activity.
At first, I thought it was a battery issue, but when I plug it in after the shutdown, it still shows 35% or more battery remaining, and sometimes even 15% or higher.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution?

Hello @asadalisandhu
I would recommend that you charge your device when the battery level shows in the 30's. When the battery is at 15%, that is considered critically low and your device should be put on the charger as soon as possible.

I’m having the same problem less than 1 hour after coming off charger at 100%
When reconnected to charger shows over 75%

I am finding the same, with a full battery. Yesterday I was clearing snow in my driveway. 3 times I checked my fitbit and it was off. Turned it back on and continued my work. Finally gave up and left it turned off. I got the update last month and there was no improvement to battery life. I still have to charge it daily. I've had it nearly 2 years and battery issues started after 1.5 years. Disappointing.

I have most everything turned off and settings advised in the support document. At this point it seems I have a fitbit that's 2 years old and at and of life.

Same issue here, I normally use my Charge 6 for my workouts, unfortunately I no longer have any confidence with this device, but I am lucky to still have my working Charge 2 which has worked perfectly for years.
