Charge 6 sleep recording stopped at 3:30 am this morning

Did something happen with Fitbit going down at 3:30 am this morning, my sleep time ended there and so did my wife's charge 6, hers showed her sleeping until 4:00 am. My 7:30 alarm didn't go off and when I woke up, I couldn't wake my charge 6 to the clock, all I could get was the diamond shaped reset screen. I pushed the side button and had the clock again. I have never had this issue with previous units, anyone else?

Thanks for letting me know about this suspicious thing that happened in both Charge 6 at this time you mentioned.

We didn't have any situation at this time on this specific date, everything was and is nice and dandy! So it is kind of weird, I recommend you to restart the Charge 6 and let me know if this continues to happen, please.

Thanks Cris, I appreciate your quick response and resolve, it hasn't happened since and only the one time with our charge 6. Never saw this anomaly with the charge 5. Enjoy your weekend.

Similar issue with mine last night. Apparently stopped syncing/responding at some point. No sleep tracked, no alarm, and showing the previous days data (13k step at 5am!). Resetting did not work and it would not respond to putting it on the charger. I kept hitting the reset button on the charger and it eventually started working, but still no data from last night.

I appreciate you letting me know this situation in regards to your tracked data on your Charge 6.

Just to confirm, you did not see any data, right? The next time you test if this continues, can you double check you're wearing your Charge 6 correctly, please?
