I purchased the Charge 6 approx 3 weeks ago. I have worn it everyday, including through the night. However neither the sleep score or the daily readiness score is showing up.
For the sleep, my sleep registers but does not show the score. I am getting more than the required 3-4 hours per night it says is necessary to show.
For the daily readiness, it continually tells me to wear it tor 4 more days, never changing. It’s been 3 weeks.
What is the issue here? Have I just wasted a whole load of money buying this?

Welcome to the forums @Balmbasher.
Thank you for taking the time to share the information regarding this inconvenience regarding your Charge 6.
In order to get a sleep score, you need to receive sleep stages. If you didn’t get sleep stages, refer to What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
If you have sleep stages but can't find a sleep score:
If you haven't done so yet, I'd suggest to perform a restart on the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
In order to get the readiness score, please take in consideration the following points:

Hello @Balmbasher
To add to the Moderator's response, there has been an issue on the Fitbit side with the Readiness score. The team is aware of the issue and is working on fixing the problem.

Is anyone else having a similar issue on this? For the past few days on my charge 6, which I got in November, the sleep score and rediness score no longer shows on the charge 6 but it's in the app. If I restart the device every day then it shows on the tracker. Is this a software fix needed?

Hello @1089952
There's been an issue on the Fitbit side where sleep score doesn't show on the Fitbit, although the score shows in the app. The team is aware of the issue and has been working to fix the problem.
I see that you currently have a workaround where restarting your Charge 6 results in showing the scores on the device. It sounds like there might be a syncing issue between the app and the device. Understandably, it's annoying to have to restart daily in order to see those scores. Hopefully, there will be an app update soon that will include the fix to the problem.
