Charge 6 stopped giving sleep data in app, everything else works

I'm using my Charge 6 and track my sleep data using the fitbit app. Starting last week, the device stopped tracking any sleep data. When I go into the app, it shows that 11/15 was my last day of tracking data, but everything else is working properly. Any suggestions?

I just got it to work. It needed to be resynced. Then it pulled up all my sleep data that I thought it missed since 11/15.

I’m having exactly the same issue and it also stopped on the same day. No idea what the issue is as I’ve tried resetting everything

Thank you for letting us know that your sleep data re-appeared after you resynced your device.

Hi Reiko,

Happy to help! All I did was go into the app, open the Charge 6 device and hit the resync button.  It took about 20 seconds to resync and then all of the sleep data appear.  Hope this helps!
