I bought my charge 6 two weeks ago, worked well for 5 days then stopped benchmarking and logging my sleep although it’s still monitoring my sleep.
I’ve tried numerous solutions offered online, from wearing it further up my wrist, wearing on the inside of my wrist, synching before going to sleep, ‘rebooting’, trying to manually log sleep then it tells me sleep has already been logged but then constantly tells me only 5 days have been logged. None of these options have worked.
I’m wondering if it might be better getting a refund as it can’t be a good product if things start going wrong after 5 days.

Hi @Bigband1 welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your sleep data your Charge 6 has stopped tracking. I appreciate you have tried some tips prior posting in the community.
If you received a sleep log, but it only includes your sleep pattern, there may be some reasons why this is happening:
You might have slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. All steps you followed are valid. The band should feel secure but not too tight. You may find interesting our help article how do i wear my Fitbit device? for optimal sleep tracking.
Please note that using the "Begin Sleep Now" option in the Fitbit app will not track sleep stages. For more information on automatic sleep tracking, refer to How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
In addition, sleep stages require at least 3 hours of sleep. If you slept for less than 3 hours, you won’t receive sleep stages.
Also, your device's battery might be critically low
For more information about why you got your sleep pattern instead of sleep stages, tap or click the sleep record that shows your sleep pattern.

I’d already tried the things you recommended, I’ve noticed however that although it’s still telling me that only 5 nights are logged it’s now showing me graphical comparison data for the week and previous weeks too, which is what I wanted the Fitbit for. I’m presuming therefore there’s a glitch with the software system that the message it’s giving doesn’t correlate with the data shown. So it looks like I can ignore the 5 day data message for now.
