My Charge 6 synced automatically to my iPhone app until Dec 11, 2024. I did all the troubleshooting suggestion: updates, Bluetooth, etc.
I can sync it manually but it takes 2 or 3 tries and it’s very slow. Everything is up to date and Bluetooth connection on. The charge status always shows up on my app, but none of my steps or fitness info until I sync It manually.

I'm sorry to hear you are having this type of issues with your Charge 6. Let's start by checking the permissions on the app. Only iPhone has this option called Background app refresh. This is a feature that allows apps to check for updates and new content while they're not in use.
