Charge 6 stopped tracking distance

My Fitbit has been perfectly tracking any KM I’ve walked throughout the day. Since yesterday, it’s tracking my steps but showing 0.0km even after 8k steps.

I’ve not changed any settings and I have restarted the device a few times.

Help?

Hello @TomiJ

There is currently a bug that is affecting distance tracking. The team is aware of the bug.

One user doing troubleshooting discovered that they were able to get distance tracking again when they turned off automatic stride and manually set a stride length in the Fitbit app. Unfortunately, we've seen that this workaround doesn't work for all users seeing this problem.

If you want to try this workaround as a temporary solution, this help article has the steps to manually set the stride length in the Fitbit app (<-- click link)

Hopefully, it won't take too long for a fix so we don't have to use a workaround.

Any update?

Spoiler
It sounds like a software glitch might be causing your Fitbit to stop tracking distance. Try syncing your Fitbit with the app, then check if location services and permissions are enabled. If the issue persists, consider resetting the device to factory settings. And can anyone help me in searching for the reviews online for this https://domypaper.com/ website? I am looking for it for my brother who is not so good at writing an essay assignment.
