Charge 6 stopped working at Pool

My Charge 6 stopped working after I used it in the pool. Definitely didn't exceed the water submersible requirement as it was in 5-6 ft of water. Super dissapointed and can't figure out how to even file a claim since Google bought fitbit and to make matters worse. I just got charged for my fitbit premium as this happened RIGHT at the 6 month mark. Any advice?!

Sad to hear you're having an issue with your Charge 6.
As your device just is 6 months old, it should be covered by warranty. Here's how to contact the support team for further assistance:

Charge 6 is water resistant and meant to be used while swimming as long as you keep some points in mind which can be found here:
