Anyone have a solution for why the Charge 6 stops recording heartbeat during workout after 30 minutes

Support said to reset which didn't make any difference

Also set all goals longer than the workout

Appreciate the help

Can you give some more details so I can try to test on mine? I've not had that problem with walks, runs or bike rides.  What kind of workout? Autostart or manually started from exercise list on the CH6?

Hi , during last 2 days exercise using interval and HIIT the charge 6 continually stopped during 30 minutes .interval closed 3 times and HIIT 4 .Very frustrating as you don’t know it’s happened and have to start it again manually. Will try a restart but with one problem or another am restarting almost every day ! Can’t be right😡
