For anyone who's fed up with the random complete offline working outages of their fit bits here's something to look for. It's been several days since my Fit Bit charge 6 was actually working and tracking my activity. I tried all the usual things recommended and got zero reaction from my fit bit. I had it on the charger even though when it stopped working I still had juice according to the screen. It seems to be necessary to just take it off the charging cable and let the thing run completely out of juice before it will out of the blue show it is alive after all. I stopped using the Fit bit premium after frustration when it pulled this crap twice while I was actively working to reduce my weight and get my BP lowered. But today I decided to sign back in to it to look for forum input. Unexpectedly after I signed in I found the device was surprisingly alive. Coincidence? Who knows but anyhow when I gave it another try with the push of the side button ten minutes ago the screen lit up with the fit bit logo. It was showing only 4% power and now it's back on the charger again. So guessing the whole time it's been on the charger it wasn't helping. I find this stuff very frustrating as I like consistency as much as possible. So I guess I'll need to buy a back up fit bit to pick up the slack when the first one decides to crap out. So I'm sharing my experience for the rest of you who are experiencing the same thing for a device that isn't that old.
