Charge 6 stuck at Tap to pause screen, unable to end run at end of workout

When using charge 6 HR to equipment feature for running, I would usually start running app like runkeeper, enable HR to equipment feature on charge 6 and then start the run on tracker and on runkeeper app as well. At end of run, when I stop runkeeper run and then try to stop the charge 6 running session, it just gets stuck at tap to pause screen. Though run would have paused, it does give option to end the run further. Clicking tap to pause button again just leads to lot of vibrations as if it's stuck and unable to move to next screen. Clicking side button or swiping screens any of the ways doesn't take anywhere else. Tracker just becomes useless post this.

After lot of trial errors found that forcing change of watch face pushes the tracker out of that stuck screen but having to spend few frustrating minutes after every run is so annoying. Unable to reach customer care chat or call as well as there are issues in that too (unknown error occurred message comes for both options). Pathetic experience. Emailed and waiting for resolution now.

Mine gets stuck on run every time I do aerobics. Is there anyway to fix this or is the device just defective?

Are you letting your Charge 6 auto-detect your exercise? If so, to make sure the right exercise is tracked, consider manually selecting Aerobics from the Charge 6 exercise tile and starting/stopping your workout.
