Set up charge six on the app but tracker is stuck on download app. Will not show any information. I deleted and reinstalled app. Updated app. No change

If I understand correctly, it's your Charge 6 that is stuck on the message to download the Fitbit app.
Have you had a chance to restart the Charge 6 using the charging cable that came with your device? This help page has the instructions on restarting your Charge 6 (<-- click link), in case you need them
