My Charge 6 stopped recording REM & Deep sleep two weeks ago. Following a suggestion on a Board, I deleted the Charge 6 in the App and then tried to reinstall it. However, I am not stuck with the Charge 6 saying "Download the App". I deleted and re-downloaded the App but it is still stuck.
On trying to add the Charge 6, it finds it but says Lost Blue tooth Pairing. The Charge 6 just keeps saying "Download the App" but will not give a pairing code.
I have tried rebooting on the charger button (3 time with a second delay) but the Charge 6 still says "Download the App".

Thanks for getting back to us @John.uk. I'll be glad to assist with your Charge 6 message query. Thank you for letting me know that you've tried rebooting on the charger button without success.
