Charge 6 sudden battery drain

I have been using my charge 6 for a month now, it's gr8 but all of a sudden I'm loosing 30+% of the battery a day. I have changed nothing in the settings, it's just started happening out of no where. Contacts are clean, charging rakes a little over an hour but battery won't last 2 days at the moment. What's happened, faulty firmware update?

Ha! No need to restart since it dies every single day! In fact, i went through 40% of the battery just sleeping!!

I'm done with Fitbit!

i have similar experience with my Charge 6.  It was critical level (3%) then when i plugged it in, it charged slowly to 7% over 20 mins, then suddenly it jump to 74% within 1 min.   it is not the first time, the number just jump randomly when plug in and unplug from charging cables, at one point, it even showing critical battery, then the moment i plugged in, the battery changed to 90%+.  

my charge 6 has been auto off every now and then nowadays, a lot of times from a supposedly full charge (100%) in the morning, and then shut down due to low battery within the day.

even syncing is weird, I assume the time showed on the watch when it restarted is the time I lost power?  then i will use the app to sync the watch to make sure the time is synced,  it will showed it is properly sync, with the correct time displayed.  and then suddednly after it restarted, the time is all wrong again:

- this morning, ~6:30 local time, woke up and find my watch "died" overnight 

- put it on charger, and power was showed as 97%

-  sync the watch using the app.

~11:00 watch off again; connected charger, showing critical battery after fitbit logo; time was wrong again, and the app is now showing a last sync time 10hr ago (when it surely said "sync just now" this morning (~4+ hours ago))

 

tried restarting, and erase all data, both does not work.  this is basically rendering the watch useless as most of the time, the phone will auto off as the battery was "drained" within one day
