My Charge 6 suddenly stopped connecting to its charger and will no longer connect to my phone. It has been several days since it last connected. I’ve tried cleaning off the charging area and the charger, and deleting/reinstalling the app but nothing seems to work. I can’t reset it completely because it won’t connect to the charger and the reset button is on the charger. Any other ideas to help it connect to the charger and/or phone? I had my last Fitbit over 4 years before it quit working but I’ve only had this one about 6 months.

I had the same experience. I had not had any issues until I did the most recent update.

Hi @rcassady59 & welcome @JB529, @Mic123 to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with charging and syncing issues you've been experiencing with your Charge 6.
Usually the syncing issues are more related to software and the charging issues are related to hardware.
Regarding the charging issues, i suggest that you take a look at our help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? You can find there some tips to ensure the battery gets the charge.
Concerning that syncing issues, you can take a look at our help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? There, you'll find some steps that i would suggest to follow chronologically as they are listed from the simpliest to the most invasive.
For those who are having trouble restarting your device with the charging cable, can you confirm you are able to restart from your device's menu? To do so:

I'm having the same issue with the battery not charging on the Charge 6. It started two days ago when I placed it on the charger and it would flip from the charging screen to the main screen. This rapidly depleted the battery to 1%. At this point the battery is completely exhausted and even leaving it on the charger for 30 minutes plus yields no changes.
I worked through the help article "Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?" line by line to no avail. I'm now left with a dead Fitbit with no way to troubleshoot. I've had this Fitbit for 9 months (which I had to purchase after my Charge 5 stopped holding a charge - also after 9 months).

Thank you! At first my Fitbit was stuck on the exercise screen so I couldn’t restart it from the device’s menu, but I kept trying and finally got it to work. Once I restarted it, the connection and charging issues were solved. Appreciate the help!

Hello @kas-211
Sorry to see you're having issues with charging your Charge 6.
Since your device is less than a year old and you've already tried all the recommended troubleshooting without success, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources, you've already done that) to get to Step 3, which has the contact options.
Edited to add link for support, which was missing.
