Charge 6 suddenly stopped tracking sleep heartrate

Woke up this morning and there's no sleeping heartrate. Just oxygen variation. I see this issue has occured in the past without any resolution. I've got premium, HR tracking works otherwise. I purchased the Charge a little over a month ago specifically to track my heartrate day and night.  How can I get sleep HR tracking back?

Is it just one night no sleeping heartrate or every night?  Are you wearing your device snugly?  Sometimes worn too loosely the sensors don't get good contact and you might jostle it loose when you switch sleeping positions at night.
