Charge 6 swipe not working in any direction. I can see the clock face but not move beyond that no matter which way I swipe.
I have already restarted fitbit via cable button and changed the clock to see if that helped but without any beneficial result. I have checked that I have the latest updated version 4.25

Hi @RT101. Welcome to the forums.
Thank you for providing the details regarding this kind of difficulty. Thanks for trying to fix it on your own.
Please, try to sync in the Fitbit app by tapping the upper left corner icon > Charge 6 > Sync Now.
If Sync Now doesn’t work, even if you have seen that you have the 4.25 version, tap your upper left corner icon > Charge 6 > Tile to see if the firmware banner appears.

Thanks tried your suggestion as well as cleaning glass.
unfortunately things have got much worse.
current status is:
Fitbit appears completely inactive/dead. iPhone cannot find it on Bluetooth. App say it needs updating but won’t link to phone.
When connected to charge, no responce to three button press. When connected to charging cable the Fitbit vibrates/beats on and off continuously one second intervals.

It sounds like your watch has gotten worse. You may want to Contact Support.
As far your phones BT finding the Charge 6. It has a BT Low Energy device and this is common. A BY locator app should work.
