My smartwatch is synced. But when I close the app on my phone and throw the app upwards to fully close it, the watch unysncs with my phone

Hi, @Pedofurst for a more detailed response it would be helpful to know if you are using the Android or iOS app with your Fitbit, and also which Fitbit you use. I note that you have posted in the Charge 6 forum.
However, the short answer to your issue is that in order to keep an up to date connection with your phone you would need to set your phone’s permissions so that the Fitbit app runs in the background. The impact on memory and battery is actually very slight, but it should mean that you Fitbit and your phone stay connected and syncing and hopefully you will not experience the issue that you describe.

Hi Julia, thanks for ur answer. Im on IOS app, and im using charge 6. The permission for fitbit to run on the background is already active, thats whats weird.
