The data for menstrual health in the fitbit app is accurate. But on the tracker (charge 6), it doesn't match at all.
I've tried unpairing the tracker, restarting it, pairing again, uninstalling/reinstalling the app.
Please send update to fix this, thanks.

Same for me. I tried all the fixes outlined above. Nothing worked. Data was accurate on both iPhone and Android, but never on the tracker.
This used to work perfectly on my Luxe. Fix this Fitbit!

Has this been fixed for anyone? I’ve gone through all of the threads even for different models and have tried all of the troubleshooting methods for those devices and still shows menstrual health incorrectly on my charge 6.

Still not fixed for me. So annoying! And the text is also truncated and unclear.
I only see 15 until (15 hours? Days?)

Same issue for me. Data in the app is accurate. Data on the Charge 6 itself is always wrong. I had a similar issue on my previous Luxe. Very frustrating and it’s apparent from Fitbit’s response (or lack thereof) in these forums that Fitbit really doesn’t care.
As someone else in this thread pointed out, the graphic and only half the text is confusing since it’s impossible to tell whether it’s 10 days until ovulation or 10 days until period.

Same problem. Definitely seems like FitBit doesn't care enough to fix it. Totally annoying.

Same for me. Fitbit is this showing and tell us (women) that you don't really care with lack of response or fix? Part of the reason I have your product is to track my cycle so I can keep everything in one spot.

I'm having the same issue 😕 my app says my period is in 7 days but the watch says "4 to go" and it's also in the blue (ovulation window?) when it shouldn't be

This is not an issue that anyone in the community of users, will be able to help with.
My suggestion would be to add your vote, and comment in the Product Feedback. So far I only see 1 vote and no comments.
Without any activity, this feedback will be quickly buried.

I also tried all the steps and mine is still not syncing.

I just did the firmware update for my Charge 6. The menstrual app has been totally removed from the tracker. I didn't see any way to get it back. It's still on my phone app. I guess that is the "fix" for this syncing issue. Very disappointing.

I suggest chatting with someone in support. They will end up passing your ticket along to the team handling the issue. Maybe if enough of us do this something will happen quicker...

Issue still continues...tracker on Charge is wrong, calendar in app is correct. Also, reminders are tied to the tracker so good thing this isn't the only way I'm tracking the monthly cycle, Fitbit. 🙄

Same issue here as well. I'm on day 5 and tracker shows 4 days until. App shows it correctly. Insane that this still isn't fixed.
