Charge 6 tracks nap?

Does the charge 6 tracks multiple sleeps during a day? I took a 1 hour nap today but it seems like the watch dont recognize it.

Hello @marc_yeee

The Charge 6 does track sleep/naps. According to the Fitbit sleep help page (<-- click link):

When your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your device records that you’re asleep.

It could be that your nap was just short of the time needed for your Charge 6 to track your sleep or you were a bit restless.

If your device didn't track your nap, you can add it manually in the Fitbit app.

Welcome to the forums @marc_yeee.

Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding your Charge 6.

As @RiekoC mentioned, your device will recognise your time asleep unless you rest for one hour.

However, there are some factors that may prevent your tracker from recording your sleep. Please make sure of the following:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device as described in this help article.
  • If you slept for less than 1 hour for sleep patterns or less than 3 hours for sleep stages.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

I had this same issue. Took a nap around 2 hours. Fully charged. Was not in a in a position that prevented my device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading nor wore it too loosely.
