I am unable to customise clock face via the app.
When I click on customise, the app hangs.
Any help or suggestions please (restarted watch and phone)

Sorry in advance if I'm misunderstanding your issue.
Are you trying to change the clock face on your Charge 6? If so, please see page 24 in the Charge 6 manual (<-- click link)

I have exactly the same problem. A white page in the application after selecting "personalize the clock face".
I received my watch today and I bought it because it's possible to change the color on face. It's a shame if it don't do.
I unistall twice and clean phone memory twice.

Fitbit has broken their app with a recent update. I have this problem on my Sense. I'm getting a blank white screen when trying to access settings/customize clock faces and also on the Weather app (mine changed itself to Celsius as well). Many others are reporting this problem across different styles of Fitbits and different phones. Presumably it affects any clock face/other app that has customizable settings. The only users not officially suffering this issue are those who haven't noticed because they haven't tried to access any of their settings recently.
A few days ago I (temporarily) got my customization settings back (after wasting hours trying various things like removing/reinstalling clock faces and restarting phone and watch) by uninstalling the whole Fitbit app and reinstalling it. But now the problem is back and no amount of force stopping/cache clearing/uninstalling this/reinstalling that/etc will make it work again.
They broke it and it and they need to fix it. And we all get to suffer "broken" Fitbits until they do, as per usual.

This thread shows that its been an issue since MAY of last year? Its now January. EIGHT months have passed. I still can't customise the clock faces (of which i find all of them sub-par compared to the faces i had on my charge 4) and i still can't see my irregular heartbeat notifications. The app hangs every single time on a blank white screen.
I posted elsewhere at being annoyed at the issue not being resolved for over 6 weeks. Now that i know its been 8 months? Perhaps i should give up hope and switch to a different company... I really dont want to lose my data with fitbit, its important to me.
Please find a fix...
