Charge 6 unable to produce a sleep schedule

For over a week, the fitbit app has been unable to produce a sleep schedule after I fill in the last survey of the day.  I chatted with the help desk and they said that engineering is aware of the problem, but there is no fix yet.  Anyone else having this problem?

@IronboundJohn   If you are referring to the sleep schedule in the Fitbit Labs personal sleep schedule lab, then yes.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

Hello @IronboundJohn

As far as I've seen, all of us in the Fitbit Sleep Lab study are having the same issue. We haven't gotten a sleep schedule since last Thursday. I wonder if the issue was connected to last week's Fitbit outage.

Thanks for letting us know that Support confirmed the issue and that the team is working on a fix. Hopefully, it won't be too long before we get the fix and see our sleep schedules again.

Hello @Yarngirl52 , @IronboundJohn

Update: We heard back from a team member. The Sleep Lab is in the process of finishing up the study. Very soon, we won't be receiving any more surveys and will be removed from the study. We were supposed to get a notification about the study ending in one of the recent surveys, but I know I didn't see any notification.

Thanks for your participation.

Seems very odd that for that past week we have responded to surveys & alertness updates, but without any sleep schedules.

Me too! It just went off one morning last week and I have tried everything to get all the information back. No luck. The step count is fine.

@MaggieKenton the sleep study is over. If you're still getting surveys and other notifications about it in the Fitbit app, that will end soon. We won't be getting any more sleep schedules from this study.
