I don't think so, they do not even acknowledge there is an issue. I spend almost an hour on the phone and in the end all they could tell me is to manually refresh often. They said the update is downloaded in small bits, which makes no sense at all. It is not like we need to download a gigabyte, the firmware is likely not bigger than 100mb. This file could be sent to our device easily or made available for download. Google did none of that, like I said support on the phone doesn't acknowledge this an issue even when I told them about this forum being full of people waiting for many months. No problem for Google. Just refresh manually and maybe one day you get the 3 new watch faces and bug fixes for your expensive tracker.
